Alerts allows you to create a set of rules for modules of GainERP based on which appropriate actions would be performed.

For example,

  1. E-mail or SMS is sent automatically to the team members, customer/supplier when a sales invoice for goods worth over 2000 is created.
  2.  E-mail or SMS is sent automatically to the team members when a invoice is created/edited for particular customer.
  3. E-mail or SMS is sent automatically to the team members when a sales is made from a particular warehouse. 


Alerts can be customized for most of the modules of the GainERP.
